Job Summary:
The Business Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth for the Business Growth Manager brand. This person will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, analyzing market trends and consumer insights, and creating innovative strategies to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies for the Business Growth Manager brand
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify strategic opportunities for growth
- Conduct market research to identify target segments and create strategies for engagement
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive growth in target segments
- Develop a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand presence and drive growth
- Develop and manage relationships with key partners, influencers and stakeholders
- Track and report on key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Identify potential acquisition opportunities and lead negotiations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a growth-oriented business
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of market trends and consumer insights
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and data analysis software
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
